How long are your assignments?
CSI provides services ranging from one day Executive Overview sessions on information system applications and strategy to full participation as a team member providing input and guidance on possible systems application from business process and user alignment to specification development to vendor selection to implementation and user training. We can work on nearly any basis that suits the needs of your team. << top

Are you limited to specific geographic areas?
CSI is prepared to support clients on a global basis. << top

What are the experience factors in CSI?
People within CSI have a number of years of real world experience on the plant floor with production issues and supply chain exposure. A primary part of our service is to ensure a sound knowledge of your business processes and production environment as the focus of our contribution. Our focus is on manufacturing companies and how information systems are used to improve business process performance. How long are your assignments?
Our assignments are based on an as needed basis. We can work as a part of your team or provide the team. Our clients pay for the time expended only as long as you can see it is worthwhile. This could be a short range training assignment or a long range multiple facility project. << top

How can I learn more about your company and your services?
Our typical response to a potential client inquiry is to visit your facility to understand your objectives and your manufacturing processes. This will provide you an opportunity to interact with CSI and give both companies the chance to understand how we can participate in your process. CSI will provide the time but we do ask to be reimbursed for travel expenses. << top

Can CSI work with other consultants?
CSI is very interested in working with other consulting firms either as a part of a team organized by the client or to fill voids in the services required for a particular project. << top

Can CSI provide programming services to modify our current software systems?
Our aim is to assist in applying information systems strategies. Specific services such as software installation or modification are not provided by CSI. << top
